Futuretek-Bathurst Tool Inc was created in February of 1991 when two
established companies, Futuretek Mfg. Inc. and Bathurst Tool Limited joined.
In combining resources and capabilities, the merger of Futuretek Mfg. Inc. and Bathurst Tool Ltd created a major subcontract-machining establishment for Southern Ontario. Futuretek-Bathurst Tool Inc. offers an unparalleled range of services from design build of special machinery through contract CNC machining.

      Our design and build capabilities allow us to perform large and demanding projects. We combined individual specialties: Futuretek as a producer of machined components for the Aerospace and Defense industries and Bathurst Tool as a major producer of special tooling, gauges and machinery. The combination allows us to offer a complete machining facility with the expertise and capabilities to produce almost any project.
